Tote design for inkydeep

I'm excited to reveal the design that I have been working on for a cornish based surf company inkydeep. Commissioned earlier in the year by the lovely owners Andy and Sarah the brief was to create something that conveyed the ethos of the company. inkydeep is all about life on the ocean- surfing, riding the waves, freedom in the water, a love of the sea... With this in mind I chose words and phrases that captured that and combined hand-lettering with surf culture elements.

Nautical but nice!

Living by the sea definitely seems to influence my work -even when I'm just playing with ideas it seems to creep in to my doodles (I can hear the seagulls as I type)- here are some of my latest card and notebook designs with a nautical / seaside flavour that are available from the shop.
